Plan. Execute. Put out fires. Repeat. I’ve been turning chaos into reality since 2018 — coffee helps.

I bring order to complex, creative work.

Creative ops · Production management · Content operations

I’m someone who enjoys making things happen — not just in the office or on set, but in life. I plan my trips the same way I run a production: research, calendar, booking, backup plan. Putting order to chaos isn’t just what I do for work, it’s how I think.

That thinking has driven 7+ years of creative operations — across film sets, content studios, and everything in between.

Life is always moving and so am I — and that energy has to serve what matters most: people. Getting ahead and knowing the newest tool or the best system in the world is important, but never as important as the humans running alongside you. No tool works alone. Good relationships, good questions, knowing when to give a solution and when to just listen — that’s the real infrastructure.

And yes, sometimes the most productive thing you can do is pause for coffee.

What I bring

Less a checklist. More a way of working.

I build order from chaos

Whether it’s 20 vendors or 20 moving deadlines, I create the structure that makes complex work feel simple. The kind where everyone knows what’s happening, nothing falls through, and you stop having to ask twice.

Many things, at once

When everything is moving at once, someone has to hold the full picture. That’s usually me. Different workstreams, different timelines, different people — I keep it all connected so your team doesn’t have to.

I translate between rooms

The breakdown usually happens between rooms — when the creative team doesn’t know what the client actually needs, or when the executive decision never quite reaches the people executing it. I sit in the middle and make sure nothing gets lost.

Calm under pressure

Seven years of high-pressure productions taught me one thing above everything else: the crisis is never the end of the story. Something always breaks. The difference is what happens in the next five minutes. I stay calm, find the thread, and pull.

This is what I do

At scale, things get complicated fast.

Large crews, multiple cities, international teams, constant change. My job was to keep everyone moving in the same direction, find solutions quickly when plans changed, and make sure nothing fell through. The scale varied. The approach didn’t.

Building something from scratch looks different when there’s no playbook.

At Kiveo I co-lead creative operations for an iOS reading tracker app. I built the Instagram strategy from zero and own the full content cycle: ideation, production, scheduling and community. I’m also the primary beta tester before every new update goes live. Small team, wide scope, everything connected.

Good systems make creative work feel effortless.

I build what the team needs in Notion and Linear, from simple day-to-day trackers to full project cycles. I use AI tools daily as a thinking partner, and I pick up new tools quickly because I genuinely enjoy it. On the creative side I’m just as comfortable: Canva, Adobe Suite, Penpot. I can brief a designer, review an asset, and still be the person making sure everything lands on time. Operations and creative aren’t two separate things for me.

Work I’ve been part of

Some of this happened on location, some happened behind a screen. All of it needed the same thing: someone keeping track of every moving part.
